Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellation

We understand that circumstances may require you to cancel our services. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for service cancellation.

2. Notice Period

To cancel any ongoing services, please note:

  • A minimum 30-day notice is required for ongoing service cancellation
  • The notice period begins from the date we receive your written cancellation request
  • All ongoing work will continue during the notice period
  • You will be billed for services rendered during the notice period

3. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Project deposits are non-refundable
  • Unused prepaid hours may be refunded, subject to a 15% administrative fee
  • Custom development work that has been delivered is non-refundable
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days

4. Project Termination

For project-based services:

  • Early termination fees may apply based on work completed
  • All completed work will be delivered upon final payment
  • Intellectual property rights transfer upon final payment
  • Source code and assets will be provided as per agreement

5. Data Retention

After service cancellation:

  • Project data will be retained for 30 days
  • You may request data export during this period
  • After 30 days, all project data will be permanently deleted
  • Backup copies will be removed within 90 days

6. How to Cancel

To initiate a cancellation:

  2. Include your company name and project details
  3. Specify the desired end date
  4. Our team will confirm receipt within 24 hours
