1. Subscription Cancellation

Users can cancel their RplyAI subscription at any time through their account settings. Once you cancel your subscription, the current subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

2. Refund Policy

UpSurge Ventures does not offer partial refunds for subscriptions. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the subscription.

3. Exceptions

In cases of technical issues or service unavailability that significantly impact service usage, refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. Select Subscription Management
4. Click on "Cancel Subscription"
5. Follow the confirmation steps

5. Billing Cycle

Your subscription will continue until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle after cancellation.
